El contracte de cada un dels tres lots té per objecte licitar les obres corresponents a les millores en la sala multifuncional del centre polivalent. La sala principal del Centre Polivalent s’utilitza habitualment per a la celebració de múltiples esdeveniments municipals, motiu pel qual resulta imprescindible que es trobi en òptimes condicions d’ús i confort. Amb aquesta finalitat, el Consistori preveu dur a terme tres actuacions a la sala multifuncional. Atesa la seva diversitat i especificitat, es proposa que la licitació de les obres es realitzi mitjançant lots diferenciats, d’acord amb la naturalesa de cada intervenció.
