Uniformation a mandaté l'Association régionale des Missions locales Auvergne Rhône-Alpes pour mener en son nom et pour son compte la présente procédure de passation et assurer la sélection du ou des prestataires afin de répondre aux besoins en formation des Missions locales dans le cadre du plan régional de formation qui a été arrêté par la CPNEFP de la branche. En sa qualité de pouvoir adjudicateur, Uniformation interviendra pour conclure le marché avec le ou les organismes de formation retenus au terme de la procédure et assurer le paiement des prestations prévues au marché. L'ARML demeure l'interlocutrice principale des prestataires retenus s'agissant de l'exécution des prestations, assure la réception des prestations en lien avec Uniformation, et valide les livrables attendus dans le cadre des prestations
