Description

Le présent accord-cadre mono attributaire à bons de commande, passé conformément aux articles R. 2162-1 à 2162-6 et 2162-13 à 2162-14 du code de la commande publique a pour objet les travaux d'entretien et d'investissement de serrurerie, ferronnerie et métallerie de 6 sites classés monuments historiques. Les travaux sont d'ampleurs diverses et de complexités technique variables, se déroulant systématiquement en site occupé. Conformément à l'article R.2162-4 du code de la commande publique, l'accord cadre est conclu : - sans montant minimum - avec un montant maximum annuel de : 500 000 euros (H.T.) annuel, soit un montant maximum pour la durée totale de l'accord-cadre de 2 000 000 euros (H.T.). Le présent accord cadre prend effet à compter de sa notification au titulaire pour une durée d'un an. La durée de l'accord cadre pourra être reconduite 3 fois, par reconduction tacite, à chaque échéance annuelle et par période de 12 mois, sans pour autant excéder la durée de 4 ans. Les bons de commande sont émis au fur et à mesure des besoins, pendant la durée de validité du présent accord-cadre. Les bons de commande régulièrement notifiés pendant la durée de validité de l'accord-cadre sont exécutés, même au-delà de cette durée. Le délai d'exécution est fixé dans le bon de commande, il court à compter de la date de notification du bon de commande.
