Згідно умов цієї процедури закупівлі тендерною документацією вважається сукупність інформації у вигляді заповнених електронних полів в розділі "Тендерна документація" та прикріпленого текстового документу "ТД_РЕАКТИВИ", що містить всю іншу інформацію, передбачену згідно ст. 22 Закону та з урахуванням Особливостей. Найменування, коди та назви медичних виробів/матеріалів/лабораторних реактивів відповідно до національного класифікатора НК 024:2023 «Класифікатор медичних виробів» та Національного класифікатора України (Національна номенклатура медичних виробів) НК 031:2024, коди номенклатурних позицій, а також асортимент (кількість), одиниці виміру товару зазначено в Додатку 1 до тендерної документації (Технічна специфікація) та по тексту оголошення. Застосовані критерії оцінки - Єдиним критерієм оцінки згідно даної процедури відкритих торгів є ціна (питома вага критерію - 100%). Мова (мови), якою (якими) повинні готуватися тендерні пропозиції - Під час проведення процедури закупівлі усі документи, що мають відношення до тендерної пропозиції та складаються безпосередньо учасником, викладаються українською мовою.
