La présente consultation a pour objet l’exploitation et la gestion de la Crèche Municipale de Mimet située Chemin des Rigauds 13105 Mimet. Il s’agit d’une structure d’accueil de la petite enfance de type multi-accueil collectif à savoir l’accueil en crèche et halte garderie. Le cadre et le fonctionnement de la crèche doivent respecter le cadre règlementaire prévu par les dispositions légales en vigueur. L’organisme d’accueil devra être titulaire d’un agrément du Conseil Général et du service départemental de la PMI pour pour 29 enfants pouvant aller jusqu’à 33 (présences effectives) le lundi, mardi, jeudi et vendredi et 25 enfants le mercredi pouvant aller jusqu’à 28. La Commune de Mimet met également à disposition du titulaire du marché les locaux situés Chemin des Rigauds 13105 Mimet. La crèche comprend 3 unités de vie : - l’espace des bébés ; - l’espace des moyens ; - l’espace des plus grands.
