Запит пропозицій постачальників здійснюється відповідно до пункту 8 Особливостей здійснення оборонних закупівель на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 11.11.2022 № 1275. Поставка товару здійснюється у повному обсязі згідно додатку №1 та №2 до Договору. Доставка товару здійснюється силами і засобами Постачальника. Кінцевий строк (термін) поставки товару: до 15.09.2026 року. 100 % Післяплата. Розрахунки за фактично поставлений товар проводяться протягом 15 календарних днів після надання належним чином оформлених документів на поставлений товар, а саме, видаткової накладної. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок здійснюється впродовж 15 календарних днів з моменту отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій рахунок. Постачальник гарантує, що країною-походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран.
