Description
З метою забезпечення рівних умов участі Учасників процедури закупівлі та оцінки їх пропозицій, очікувана вартість закупівлі визначена без урахування ПДВ. Учасник процедури закупівлі незалежно від його системи оподаткування, в електронній системі закупівель зазначає ціну пропозиції без ПДВ. У разі якщо Учасник-переможець відбору є платником ПДВ, при укладенні договору з Учасником-переможцем відбору ПДВ буде нараховуватися відповідно до вимог чинного законодавства України.
