Preparation of a technical work project and project supervision for the reconstruction of an intersection on road No. 150 Siauliai-Pakruojis-Pasvalys at km 4.427

The contract covered the preparation of a technical design for the reconstruction of the intersection located at the 4.427 kilometre point of national road No. 150, which runs between Siauliai, Pakruojis and Pasvalys. The scope also included project supervision services connected with the reconstruction of this junction. In accordance with Article 29(2)(2) of the Public Procurement Law, the procurement procedures have been terminated because all offers received were rejected. The notice therefore records the conclusion of the procedure without award, referring only to the design and supervision services for the named intersection and the named section of the road.
