Відповідно до положень Рамкової угоди, всі товари (матеріали), які пропонуються до постачання, повинні походити виключно з Прийнятних країн (Eligible countries), визначених Регламентом Європейського Парламенту і Ради (ЄС) 2024/792 та офіційними роз'ясненнями Уповноваженого органу (Мінекономіки України). Товари, країною походження яких є Китайська Народна Республіка (КНР) або інші країни, що не входять до переліку Прийнятних країн, не допускаються до закупівлі. Учасник у складі своєї пропозиції (у тендерній пропозиції / формі пропозиції електронного каталогу) зобов’язаний чітко зазначити конкретну країну походження щодо кожної позиції товару, яка пропонується до постачання.
