Порівняння пропозицій учасників проводиться без урахування розміру податку на додану вартість. Учасник зазначає загальну ціну без ПДВ. Країною-походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран. Зазначені в проєкті договору. Поставка Товарів здійснюється на умовах DDP «Поставка зі сплатою мита» (місце поставки згідно Специфікації), ІНКОТЕРМС (Офіційні правила тлумачення торговельних термінів Міжнародної Торгової Палати (редакція 2010 року). Постачальник зобов’язується передати Покупцю Товари належної якості в кількості, строки та в місці поставки відповідно до Специфікації. Строк поставки товарів залежить від терміну поставки товару, який зазначений в проекті договору. Дата поставки товарів, виконання робіт чи надання послуг, яка зазначена в Оголошенні на веб-порталі Уповноваженого органу: - є орієнтовною та визначена розрахунковим методом; - несе інформативний характер та не має жодних юридичних наслідків Покупець зобов’язаний оплатити вартість переданих Постачальником та прийнятих Покупцем Товарів не раніше 20 (двадцяти) та не пізніше 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дати поставки, визначеної в п. 5.1. цього Договору.
