Порівняння пропозицій учасників проводиться без урахування розміру податку на додану вартість. Учасник зазначає загальну ціну без ПДВ. Поставка Товарів здійснюється на умовах DDP «Поставка зі сплатою мита» (місце поставки згідно з Специфікацією), ІНКОТЕРМС (Офіційні правила тлумачення торговельних термінів Міжнародної Торгової Палати (редакція 2010 року). Строк поставки товарів залежить від терміну поставки товару, який зазначений в проекті договору. Дата поставки товарів, виконання робіт чи надання послуг, яка зазначена в Оголошенні на веб-порталі Уповноваженого органу: - є орієнтовною та визначена розрахунковим методом; - несе інформативний характер та не має жодних юридичних наслідків Покупець здійснює попередню оплату (далі також - авансовий платіж) шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на рахунок Постачальника, зазначений у розділі 16 цього Договору, в сумі, що складає 100% від ціни Договору, зазначеної в Специфікації, протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з дати отримання від Постачальника оригіналу рахунку на оплату, який Постачальник зобов’язується надати Покупцю не пізніше 10 (десяти) робочих днів з дати укладення Договору, та за умови надання Постачальником та прийняття Покупцем безумовної безвідкличної банківської гарантії повернення авансового платежу (далі - безумовна безвідклична банківська гарантія/Гарантія) на суму, не меншу від суми авансового платежу.
