Консерви з сардин, фасовані в металеві банки масою нетто 230г або 240г, з масовою часткою риби в консервах не менше 70-75%, олії - в межах 10-25% від загальної маси нетто, стерилізовані, придатні для тривалого зберігання та призначені для вживання в їжу, вироблені в 2026 році. Залишковий термін придатності Товару на дату його поставки має бути не менше 90% від встановленого (зазначеного) виробником. Країною походження Товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран. Постачальник укладаючи Договір підтверджує, що станом на дату укладання Договору інформація про кінцевого бенефіціарного власника (КБВ), що міститься в Єдиному державному реєстрі юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб - підприємців є актуальною та достовірною. Строк поставки Товару: з моменту підписання Договору до 31.12.2026 року, за заявкою Замовника - один раз на місяць. Можлива поставка всього обсягу Товару однією партією, за домовленістю з Замовником. Товар поставляється Постачальником протягом 2 (двох) робочих днів з дати отримання заявки Замовника (через електронну пошту, або за телефоном, або іншими способами). Місце поставки Товару: Україна, 49000, Дніпропетровська область, м.Дніпро, вулиця Князя Володимира Великого, 28. Доставка (перевезення) та розвантаження Товару здійснюється силами та за рахунок Постачальника виключно у робочі дні з 8:00 до 14:00. Розвантаження Товару у місці поставки здійснюється в приміщенні продуктового складу Замовника (І поверх).
