Description
Оплата за поставлений Товар здійснюється Покупцем впродовж 14 (чотирнадцяти) календарних днів з моменту отримання Товару на підставі належно оформлених первинних документів (видаткової накладної або акта приймання-передачі Товару), наданих Покупцю під час здійснення поставки.
Постачальник складає та підписує видаткову накладну або акт приймання-передачі Товару у двох примірниках. Обидва примірники видаткових накладних або актів приймання-передачі Товару передаються Покупцеві.
Строк поставки Товару: протягом 30 календарних днів з моменту укладання цього Договору, але не пізніше 25 червня 2026 року.
