Інша інформація: відповідно до п. 47 Особливостей (постанова КМУ від 12.10.2022 № 1178) Учасник самостійно декларує в електронній системі закупівель відсутність підстави для відмови в участі у процедурі закупівлі, передбачених цим пунктом (крім підпунктів 1 і 7), що реалізовані в електронній системі закупівель. Будь-які документи, що підтверджують відсутність підстав не вимагаються від Учасників, незалежно від технічної реалізації в електронній системі закупівель.
