1. Строк поставки Товару: до 28.08.2026 року (з можливістю дострокової поставки). 2. Поставка Товару здійснюється протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з дати отримання заявки від Замовника: в телефонному режимі, в письмовій формі, електронною поштою (на вибір Замовника) за реквізитами Постачальника. 3. Місце поставки Товару: 73034, Херсонська область, м. Херсон, вул. Вишнева, буд. 12, склад АРЗ СП. 4. Оплата протягом 10 робочих днів після постачання Товару, платежами у розмірах фактично поставленого Товару у межах отриманого фінансування з Державного бюджету України. Попередня оплата не передбачається 4. В ціну товару включено постачання, навантаження, зважування, транспортування, розвантажування Товару в складські приміщення Покупця. Фінансові витрати за поставку товару повністю несе Продавець, у тому числі пересилання документів (договори, видаткові накладні, рахунки, тощо). 5. Фактом подання цінової пропозиції учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не є походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран.
