Згідно умов цієї процедури закупівлі тендерною документацією вважається сукупність інформації у вигляді заповнених електронних полів в розділі "Тендерна документація" та прикріпленого текстового документу "ТЕНДЕРНА ДОКУМЕНТАЦІЯ" (та додатків до неї), що містить всю іншу інформацію, передбачену згідно ст. 22 Закону (з урахуванням Особливостей). З урахуванням очікуваного обсягу фінансування видатків замовника до розгляду не приймається тендерна пропозиція, ціна якої є вищою ніж очікувана вартість предмета закупівлі, визначена замовником в оголошенні про проведення цих відкритих торгів.
