Відповідно до пункту 14 Порядку розміщення інформації про публічні закупівлі, затвердженого наказом Міністерства розвитку економіки, торгівлі та сільського господарства України від 11.06.2020 №1082 - код ДК 021:2015 35740000-3 «Симулятори бойових дій». Відповідно до вимог Податкового кодексу України, дана операція може звільнятись від оподаткування податком на додану вартість, оскільки відповідно до вимог підпункту 5 пункту 32 підрозділу 2 розділу ХХ Перехідні положення Податкового кодексу України: "Тимчасово, на період проведення антитерористичної операції та/або здійснення заходів із забезпечення національної безпеки і оборони, відсічі і стримування збройної агресії Російської Федерації, та/або запровадження воєнного стану відповідно до законодавства, звільняються від оподаткування податком на додану вартість операції з ввезення на митну територію України та постачання на митній території України: симуляторів бойових дій, що класифікуються у товарній підкатегорії 9023 00 80 00 згідно з УКТ ЗЕД, кінцевим отримувачем яких є військові формування".
