Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa organizacja wyjazdu dla 20 uczestników projektu (osób usamodzielnianych opuszczających piecze zastępczą) i 4 osób kadry obejmująca: 1) usługę transportu uczestników i kadry, 2) usługę noclegową i restauracyjną, 3) zapewnienie sali szkoleniowej/konferencyjnej, 4) ubezpieczenie, 5) atrakcje dla uczestników. 2. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 5 do ZO.
