Якщо документи викладені іншими мовами, учасник надає документ мовою оригіналу з обов’язковим перекладом українською мовою. Тексти повинні бути автентичними, визначальним є текст, викладений українською мовою. Відповідальність за якість та достовірність перекладу несе учасник. 1Ця вимога не стосується документів, що подаються учасниками на підтвердження відповідності товару технічним і якісним характеристикам, які в оригіналі складені російською мовою (зокрема, але не виключно: ТУ, кресленики, паспорт, інструкція, тощо), а також документів наданих сторонніми підприємствами, організаціями чи установами (зокрема, але не виключно: договори, накладні, акти, виписки, листи, технічні специфікації, сертифікати, паспорти тощо). 1Ця вимога не стосується документів про освіту, записів в трудових книжках, посвідчень водія, посвідчень про перевірку знань, які можуть бути складені українською та/або російською мовами.
