ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИК здійснює поставку ТОВАРУ на умовах DDP відповідно до «ІНКОТЕРМС» у редакції 2020 року. Поставка ТОВАРУ проводиться партіями протягом строку дії Договору тільки на підставі наданої письмової рознарядки ПОКУПЦЯ, яка вважається дозволом на поставку та є підтвердженням готовності ПОКУПЦЯ до приймання ТОВАРУ. Строк поставки ТОВАРУ - протягом 10 (десяти) календарних днів з моменту надання письмової рознарядки ПОКУПЦЕМ. Місце поставки ТОВАРУ: м. Миргород. Оплата за кожну партію поставленого ТОВАРУ за цим Договором проводиться ПОКУПЦЕМ на 15 (п’ятнадцятий) календарний день з дати підписання видаткової накладної за умови реєстрації податкової накладної не пізніше ніж за 3 (три) календарні дні до дати оплати, визначеної цим пунктом, та оформленої згідно з вимогами законодавства України, та відповідно до рахунку-фактури на поставлену партію ТОВАРУ. Очікувана вартість закупівлі визначена в порядку, передбаченому організаційно-розпорядчими документами Замовника та примірною методикою визначення очікуваної вартості предмета закупівлі, затвердженою Наказом Мінекономіки №275 від 18.02.2020 р. ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИК підтверджує, що країною походження ТОВАРУ не є Російська Федерація / Республіка Білорусь / Ісламська Республіка Іран. Відповідальність за порушення цієї вимоги несе ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИК.
