The housing and utilities, environmental protection and land relations department of the Chornobaivka settlement council bought fuel supplies: A-95 petrol and diesel fuel, provided through vouchers redeemed at a network of filling stations in the village of Chornobai, Cherkasy region, and across Ukraine. Refuelling must be possible no more than 2 km from the buyer's location. Accepting a voucher at a station makes that station an authorised partner of the supplier, who bears full responsibility. A fiscal receipt printed by a fiscal register at the moment of refuelling is the only valid proof of delivery. The contract was awarded to 'UKRNAFTA-POSTACH' LLC at an estimated value of UAH 250,000, with the award date 2026-09-03 and the bid deadline also 2026-09-03.
