Закупівля проводиться відповідно до п. 3 ч. 4 ст. 2 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі», згідно наявної потреби у закупівлі. Вид закупівлі - відбір постачальника шляхом запиту ціни пропозицій постачальників, відповідно до Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 14 вересня 2020 р. № 822, з урахуванням Особливостей, передбачених постановою КМУ від 12.10.2022р. №1178. Постачальник підписанням Договору запевняє, гарантує та підтверджує, що Товар не є походженням із Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран.
