Фактом подання цінової пропозиції учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не є походженням з Російської Федирації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран Поставка медичного рідкого кисню здійснюється спеціалізованим малогабаритним транспортним засобом, придатним для перевезення та безпечної передачі/запрвлення рідкого медичного кисню. Транспортний засіб повинен забеспечувати можливість: - безпечного транспортування кріогенного продукту; - під'їзду безпосередньо до місця розташування кріогенної ємності лікарні; -здійснення заправлення ємності через відповідне технологічне з'єднання; - роботи в умовах обмеженого простору на території закладу; - дотримання вимог безпеки під час транспортування та заправлення. ВАЖЛИВО: доставка повинна здійснюватися транспортом, габарити якого дозволяють безперешкодно заїхати на теріторію КНП та здійснити заправлення кріогенної ємності без необхідності залучення великогабаритного транспорту.
