The contract concerns services for an analysis assessing the economic benefit that film projects bring to the city of Vilnius. The tender notice states that, following identification of an incorrect evaluation in the award criteria set out in point 91 of the procurement documents and its subpoints, proper and lawful implementation of the procurement procedures could not be ensured when evaluating participants' proposals. As the situation could not be corrected, the contracting authority decided, under Article 29(3) of the Public Procurement Law, to terminate the procurement procedures.
