Поставка товару здійснюється одноразовою партією за потребою замовника та на підставі замовлення, що надається Замовником Постачальнику на електронну адресу постачальника (офіційна електронна адреса постачальника). Строк (термін) поставки (передачі) товару: протягом 3 робочих днів з моменту отримання заявки від Замовника на склад Замовника з урахуванням умов цього Договору. Місце постачання: м. Київ, вул. Ягідна, 58, фармацевтичне відділення відділу медичного постачання. Доставка та розвантаження Товару здійснюється силами та за рахунок Постачальника. Оплата товару здійснюється лише після його фактичного отримання Замовником на підставі належним чином оформлених накладних (у трьох примірниках), завірених печаткою та підписом особи Постачальника, уповноваженої на підписання господарських та фінансових документів. Замовник зобов’язаний оплатити товар протягом 10 банківських днів.
