При формуванні технічних вимог до продукту, який планується закупити, Замовником обов’язково враховувалися висновки лікаря для кожного окремо взятого пацієнта. Всі призначення містяться в історії хвороби таких пацієнтів. Вони являються обґрунтованою підставою того, що Замовнику необхідна закупівля саме продукції з конкретними технічними вимогами. Поставка Товару здійснюється власними силами та за власний рахунок Постачальника за адресою: м. Тернопіль, вул,Василя Костянтина Осторозького,6 (І поверх склад) . Завантажувально-розвантажувальні роботи проводяться силами та за рахунок Постачальника. При поставці надати сертифікати Строк (термін) придатності товару, запропонованого Учасником, на момент поставки повинен становити не менше ніж 80 % від загального строку (терміну) придатності
