Description
Постачальник здійснює поставку товару Замовникові згідно поданої письмової чи усної заявки за кінцевим місцем призначення, вказаним Замовником. Дислокація місць поставки вказана в проєкті договору. Постачальник повинен передати (поставити) Замовнику товар, якість якого відповідає умовам, які визначені ДСТУ та зазначені у документації про проведення закупівлі даного товару. Товар повинен мати необхідні сертифікати. Розрахунки проводяться протягом 7 (семи) робочих днів після отримання товару на підставі видаткових накладних.
