. Місце поставки (передачі) товарів Заклади дошкільної освіти м. Рівне (Додаток №2); Постачання проводиться Постачальником кожного дня з понеділка по п’ятницю (крім вихідних днів) з 07:00 до 16:00 години згідно зі специфікацією (додаток № 1) до договору, дрібними партіями без обмеження розміру мінімального замовлення, у тарі, що відповідає вимогам санітарних правил і норм, автотранспортом Постачальника, спеціально обладнаним для перевезення продуктів харчування (який(і) підтримує(ють) необхідний температурний режим під час перевезення предмета закупівлі). Доставка продукції здійснюється до комори кожного окремого закладу освіти. Партією Товару за Договором вважається поставка Товару в обсязі, в строки та місце поставок, що визначені в Додатку №2 Договору, за кожною окремою поставкою, підтвердженою відповідним первинним документом. У випадку поставки товару не в зазначений час Замовник має право відмовитись від прийому продукції та скласти відповідний АКТ та передати його Замовнику. Постачальник зобов’язаний постачати товар у повному обсязі, згідно із заявками до 16.00 год. За необґрунтовану затримку поставки товару до місць призначення або поставку товару не в повному обсязі згідно прийнятої заявки, Постачальник несе відповідальність відповідно до п.6.2. цього договору. Без наявності супровідних документів щодо якості та безпеки, а також передбаченого чинним законодавством маркування продукція не приймається. У разі відсутності маркування, а також не зазначення країни-виробника, дати виготовлення чи строку (терміну) придатності Замовник може відмовитися від прийняття такого Товару, про що складає мотивовану відмову від прийняття Товару. Встановлена цим Договором відповідальність за відмову від прийняття Товару, при вищевказаних обставинах до Замовника не застосовуються. При прийомі - передачі Товар повинен відповідати вазі, яка зазначена у супровідних документах.
