Забороняється постачання товару походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь, Ісламської республіки Ірану.Поставка та передача замовленого Товару Продавцем Покупцю здійснюється протягом 3 календарних днів після подачі заявки Покупця та здійснюється окремими партіями, відповідно до поданих Покупцем та погоджених Продавцем заявок на поставку Товару. Зовнішній вигляд- бульби цілі, чисті, не зів’ялі, не тріснуті, без ознак в'ялості, без пошкоджень, не уражені хворобами, не пророслі. Однорідні за формою та забарвленням. М'якість картоплі повинна бути білого, жовтуватого або рожевого кольору, притаманного даному сорту. Запах та смак притаманні даному сорту картоплі без стороннього запаху та смаку. Вага однієї бульби повинна бути не менше ніж - 170 г (+-10г ). Наявність органічних та мінеральних домішок (солома, бадилля, каміння, грунт та ін.) не допускається. Картопля має бути без надлишкового вмісту нітратів. Товар повинен бути упакований в сітки по 20 кг. Вимоги до якості згідно стандартам - згідно з ДСТУ 9221:2023 та інших документів, що діють на території України. Критерії прийому картоплі: вміст роздавлених бульб, половинок та частин бульб не допускається; вміст підморожених бульб, запарених, з ознаками “задухи” не допускається; вміст бульб, що пошкоджені гризунами, не допускається. За внутрішньою структурою- наявність гнилості неприпустиме; наявність потемнінь м'якуша картоплі неприпустиме; наявність мінімальних ростків не допускається. Постачальник зобовיязаний гарантувати якість і відповідність вимогам до продукції на кожну партію. Поставка Товару здійснюється силами та транспортом Продавця, який відповідає вимогам щодо зберігання та транспортування, харчових продуктів. Розвантаження Товару в приміщення для зберігання здійснюється силами Продавця, під контролем матеріально відповідальної особи Покупця. Поставка здійснюється в робочі дні з 8 години до 16 години.
