Картопля столових сортів, пізня, врожаю 2026 року, має відповідати по якості першому класу. Пакування: сітка-мішок до 25 кг. Країною походження Товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран. Постачальник укладаючи Договір підтверджує, що станом на дату укладання Договору інформація про кінцевого бенефіціарного власника (КБВ), що міститься в Єдиному державному реєстрі юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб - підприємців є актуальною та достовірною. Строк поставки Товару: з моменту підписання Договору до 31.12.2026 року, за заявкою Замовника - окремими партіями, один-два рази на місяць. Місце поставки Товару: Україна, 49000, Дніпропетровська область, м.Дніпро, вулиця Князя Володимира Великого, 28. Доставка (перевезення) та розвантаження Товару здійснюється силами та за рахунок Постачальника виключно у робочі дні з 8:00 до 14:00. Розвантаження Товару у місці поставки здійснюється в приміщенні продуктового складу Замовника (І поверх). Товар поставляється Постачальником протягом 2 (двох) робочих днів з дати отримання заявки Замовника (через електронну пошту, або за телефоном, або іншими способами). Обсяг кожної партії Товару визначається Замовником залежно від фактичної потреби і може корегуватися Замовником з урахуванням його споживчої потреби.
