Description

Поставка Товару здійснюється партіями відповідно до письмових заявок Замовника. Під партією Товару для цілей цього Договору розуміється кількість Товару, поставка якого здійснюється за однією заявкою та супроводжується відповідними товаросупровідними документами. Кінцевий строк поставки Товару за цим Договором - до 25 грудня 2026 року включно. Поставка Товару здійснюється за місцем, визначеним у відповідній заявці Замовника, у межах м. Запоріжжя та Запорізької, Дніпропетровської, Донецької та Харківської областей, якщо інше місце поставки не визначене заявкою відповідно до потреб Замовника. Розрахунки за цим Договором здійснюються Замовником у національній валюті України шляхом перерахування коштів на поточний рахунок Виконавця за фактично поставлений та прийнятий Товар протягом 10 (десяти) календарних днів з дати підписання видаткової накладної уповноваженими представниками Сторін. У разі затримки у виділенні бюджетних асигнувань розрахунки здійснюються протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дати отримання Замовником відповідних бюджетних асигнувань на свій реєстраційний рахунок. У такому випадку штрафні санкції до Замовника не застосовуються.
