Поставка товару здійснюється у робочі дні з 9:00 до 16:00 години наступного за днем отримання письмової або телефонної заявки від представників Замовника (телефоном, факсом, електронною поштою, тощо) в кількості та асортименті, що зазначені в такій заявці. Автотранспорт, яким здійснюється поставка товару, повинен бути призначений та обладнаний для перевезення даного виду Товару. Постачальник забезпечує належне санітарне утримання виробничих приміщень, обладнання, інвентарю, а також контролює дотримання своїми працівниками (у разі наявності) правил особистої гігієни. Водій та працівники, що здійснюють доставку товару та вантажно-розвантажувальні роботи, повинні під час постачання товару обов’язково мати при собі особисті медичні книжки з результатами своєчасного проходження обов’язкових медичних оглядів.
