Мова (мови), якою (якими) повинні готуватися тендерні пропозиції - українська мова. Допускається подання документів у складі тендерної пропозиції іншою ніж українська мова з обов’язковим наданням перекладу таких документів на українську мову. Переклад документів повинен бути завірений, організацією, яка здійснювала переклад або самостійно учасником. Тексти повинні бути автентичними, визначальним є текст, викладений українською мовою. Відповідальність за достовірність перекладу несе учасник. Дана вимога не відноситься до власних назв та/або загальноприйнятих визначень, термінів, малюнків, креслень тощо. Згідно умов цієї процедури закупівлі тендерною документацією вважається сукупність інформації у вигляді заповнених електронних полів в розділі "Тендерна документація" та прикріпленого текстового документу "Тендерна документація" та «Додатків до тендерної документації», що містить всю іншу інформацію, передбачену згідно ст. 22 Закону; застосовані критерії оцінки - ціна (питома вага критерію «Ціна» - 100%).
