Perkančioji organizacija kabinetinį fortepijoną planavo pirkti iš Kultūros ministerijos skirtų lėšų, tačiau finansavimas nebebus skirtas, o savų lėšų instrumento įsigijimui Filharmonija neturi dėl negaunamų pajamų už koncertus. Atsiradus šioms nenumatytoms aplinkybėms, pirkimo procedūrų vykdymas tampa negalimas. Vadovaujantis Viešųjų pirkimų įstatymo 29 straipsnio 3 d. pirkimo procedūros nutraukiamos.
