Predmet ovog postupka je “Nabava i ugradnja energetskog transformatora 220/110/x kV, 250 MVA u TS 400/x kV Mostar 4”, u skladu sa tehničkim zahtjevima i specifikacijama koji su dati u Prilogu 8 ove tenderske dokumentacije i tabelarnim tehničkim detaljima koji su dati u Prilogu 8 tenderske dokumentacije, te ostalim traženim zahtjevima naznačenim u ovoj tenderskoj dokumentaciji Trošak pripreme ponude i podnošenja ponude u cjelini snosi ponuđač. Ugovorno tijelo objavljuje tendersku dokumentaciju, istovremeno s objavom obavijesti o nabavi, na Portalu JN, sukladno članku 53. stavak (2) ZJN i člankom 8. st. (1) i (2) Naputka o uvjetima i načinu objavljivanja obavijesti i dostavljanja izvješća o postupcima javnih nabava na Portalu javnih nabava („Službeni glasnik BiH“, broj 80/22). Preuzimanje tenderske dokumentacije vrši se na način da zainteresirani gospodarski subjekti iz članka 2. stavak (1) točka c) ZJN koji su registrirani na Portalu JN, bez naknade, preuzimaju tendersku dokumentaciju objavljenu na Portalu JN. Objavom tenderske dokumentacije na Portalu JN onemogućeno je dostavljanje iste na druge načine. Također, za istu se ne zahtjeva novčana naknada za preuzimanje.Kompletna tenderska dokumentacija, za uvid, biće objavljena na web stranici Ugovornog tijela i to: www.elprenos.ba
