Строк поставки товарів Поставка товару здійснюється до 31.12.2026 року, в повному обсязі або окремими партіями згідно письмових заявок Замовника, в яких зазначається дата, час, кількість, розмір та асортимент товару. Заявка Замовника подається не пізніше ніж за 5 робочих днів до дати поставки вказаної в заявці. Заявка може бути направлена Замовником у електронному вигляді (у форматі pdf) на електронну адресу Учасника. Місце та умови поставки товарів За допомогою служби доставки, погодженої з Покупцем, або власним транспортом Постачальника, за рахунок Постачальника. Постачання на склад Замовника за адресою: м. Рівне, вул. Данила Галицького, 25. Гарантійний термін та/або вимоги до гарантійних зобов’язань Товар повинен відповідати вимогам діючих державних стандартів для даного виду Товару та характеристикам наданим у Таблиці 2. Виробник гарантує відповідність товару зазначеним у стандарті фізико-технічним показникам за умови дотримання правил транспортування і зберігання, застосування згідно з вимогами цього стандарту. В разі виявлення неналежної якості, Товар буде повернуто Учаснику з подальшою заміною на якісний Товар
