Services for renewal of the uninterruptible power supply under the Jauniunai modernisation project

This notice concerns the renewal of an uninterruptible power supply as part of the Jauniunai modernisation project. The technical data presented in the final offers submitted by suppliers UAB 'ABB', UAB 'Elsis TS' and UAB 'Axioma servisas' did not meet the requirements set out in the technical specification. These offers were rejected as not complying with the procurement conditions under clause 18.9.1. Pursuant to Article 41(1)(2) of the Lithuanian Law on Procurement by Entities Operating in the Water, Energy, Transport or Postal Services Sectors, the procurement procedures are considered concluded, as all offers were rejected.
