Izvođenje radova na izgradnji, rekonstrukciji i modernizaciji javne rasvjete, po lotovima Tenderska dokumentacija u ovom postupku javne nabavke će biti objavljena u sistemu “E-nabavke”. Zainteresirani ponuđači istu mogu preuzeti isključivo putem sistema “E-nabavke”, te im se ista na drugi način neće dostavljati. Postavljanje zahtjeva za pojašnjenje TD i odgovora sa pojašnjenjem može se izvršiti samo u formi i na način kako je definisano u sistemu “E-nabavke”. Ugovorni organ će u ovom postupku javne nabavke provesti ,,E-aukciju''.
