Description

Die Industriellen Werke Basel (IWB) und das Tiefbauamt Kanton Basel-Stadt planen Arbeiten in der Karl Jaspers-Allee und Speiserstrasse. Seitens IWB müssen diverse Leitungen Gas/Wasser/Elektrizität (G/W/E) erneuert werden. Es werden neue Fernwärmeleitungen (FW) im Kunststoffmantelrohr (KMR) verlegt. Nach Abschluss der Arbeiten durch IWB werden die Strassenbeläge erneuert und es folgt die Neugestaltung der Umgebung. Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist ein Dienstleistungsauftrag im ausgeschriebenen Rahmen. Das Mandat ist phasenunabhängig und beinhaltet die folgenden Teilphasen, gemäss Art. 4 Ordnung SIA 103/2020 sowie den Konkretisierungen gemäss Leistungsbeschrieb (Dokument C1): ·               Teilphase 34        Bewilligungsverfahren: Unterstützung Planauflage ·               Teilphase 41         Ausschreibung, Offertvergleich, Vergabeantrag ·               Teilphase 51         Ausführungsprojekt ·               Teilphase 52        Ausführung ·               Teilphase 53        Inbetriebnahme und Abschluss
