Description

La procedura, come meglio descritta negli elaborati progettuali, riguarda l’appalto della progettazione per l'intervento di riqualificazione ed adeguamento normativo dell’edificio scolastico di via Pergolesi 14/a a Firenze, a basso impatto ambientale in conformità ai criteri ambientali minimi, di cui all’allegato 2 al decreto del ministero dell'ambiente e della tutela del territorio e del mare 11 gennaio 2017 come modificato dal decreto 11 ottobre 2017, che sarà articolata in due fasi: la prima fase consiste nel Progetto di Fattibilità Tecnica ed Economica comprensivo degli elaborati di cui all’Allegato I.13 del D.Lgs. 36/2023, i suddetti elaborati costituiranno il presupposto per la richiesta di pareri e atti di assenso. La seconda fase è costituita dal Progetto Esecutivo, così come descritto dal Codice. Le prestazioni inerenti il Coordinamento per la Sicurezza in fase di Progettazione, compresa la predisposizione del Piano di Sicurezza, il tutto da predisporre e consegnare unitamente e congiuntamente al Progetto Esecutivo.
