Description

rinnovo licenze MIKE by DHI anno 2026 e servizio di assistenza e manutenzione sui sistemi La prestazione richiesta ricalca quella già fornita per 12 mesi (settembre 2024 - agosto 2025) nell'ambito della perizia OP 624 IV, con le seguenti modifiche:- durata 10 mesi (settembre 2025 - giugno 2026);- la manutenzione straordinaria preventiva viene sostituita da una attività di "adeguamento software", del medesimo importo massimo (40'000 euro), erogata per pacchetti di 5 giornate lavorative da concordare e attivare di volta in volta;- la manutenzione ordinaria periodica rinforzata viene eliminata;- la manutenzione evolutiva rimane confermata, per il medesimo importo massimo (90'000 euro) e le medesime modalità di erogazione;- il possibile attivazione del supporto in prossimità di eventi è ristretto al solo periodo settembre 2025 - aprile 2026 (8 mesi) e configurato per pacchetti di assistenza di 12 ore, con preavviso di attivazione a 48 ore e conferma a 24 ore. Una volta attivato, il supporto rimane attivo fino a richiesta scritta di cessazione da parte della SOD.
