La gara ha per oggetto il servizio di vigilanza armata per la Procura della Repubblica presso il Tribunale di Prato. Le attività oggetto del presente appalto sono meglio esplicitate nel Capitolato Speciale d’Appalto, a cui si rinvia. Il presente appalto non è suddiviso in lotti in quanto le parti di cui si compone sono prive di autonomia funzionale e non idonee ad essere attivate autonomamente, senza il completamento delle restanti frazioni; pertanto, trattandosi di appalto di servizio unitario, esso viene appaltato nella sua integralità. I criteri di partecipazione sono tali, in ogni caso, da consentire l'accesso anche alle micro, piccole e medie imprese.
