INDIZIONE PROCEDURA APERTA SUDDIVISA IN TRE LOTTI. DETERMINAZIONE A CONTRARRE PER L’AFFIDAMENTO DEI SERVIZI A MONTE ED A VALLE DEL CICLO SANZIONATORIO RELATIVO ALLE VIOLAZIONI DEL CODICE DELLA STRADA. SERVICE : I. Il servizio dovrà gestire tutto l’iter procedurale delle violazioni e, in particolare: data-entry, elaborazione, stampa con postalizzazione per la notificazione mediante il servizio postale ovvero per l’eventuale affidamento ai Messi comunali in fase di rinotifica, produzione di stampe e documenti per la notifica a mezzo P.E.C., di tutti i verbali d’accertamento comunque acquisiti, rendicontazione delle notificazioni e dei pagamenti, con riscontro elettronico e creazione immagini, ed ulteriori servizi accessori come nel prosieguo meglio declinati.; SERVIZI A VALLE - NOTIFICAZIONE: notificazione di violazioni al Codice della Strada a mezzo del servizio postale.
