AFFIDAMENTO DEL SERVIZIO DI MENSA SCOLASTICA DEL COMUNE DI LECCE 2024-2027” . GARA EUROPEA A PROCEDURA APERTA, AI SENSI DELL'ART. 71 DEL D.LGS. N. 36/2023 L’Appalto ha per oggetto la gestione completa del servizio di mensa scolastica nelle scuole dell’infanzia statali e nelle scuole primarie statali - per un numero presumibile di 1.700 utenti in dislocati in 22 sedi scolastiche - in tutte le sue fasi secondo le modalità e le prescrizioni contenute nel capitolato d’appalto.Il servizio riguarda la preparazione, il trasporto e la somministrazione, secondo il sistema della multiporzione, dei pasti della scuola dell’infanzia comunale e statale, per la scuola primaria, per la durata di anni 3 (tre), da effettuarsi 5 (cinque) giorni a settimana e/o con più turni al giorno, a favore di circa 1.550 alunni e circa 150 unità di personale docente e non docente al giorno, secondo le tabelle dietetiche allegate al C.S.A. , nei 22 plessi scolastici elencati negli atti di gara.
