L’appalto ha per oggetto l’affidamento dei servizi di manutenzione e assistenza agli utenti con help-desk dedicato del TPCS, port community system dell’ADSP-MTS per un periodo di 36 mesi oltre un eventuale periodo di proroga tecnica per un massimo di 4 mesi. L’affidamento comprende i servizi, come dettagliati nell’articolo 8 del Capitolato Speciale d'Appalto “Descrizione dei servizi oggetto dell’affidamento”. L’appalto ha per oggetto l’affidamento dei servizi di manutenzione e assistenza agli utenti con help-desk dedicato del TPCS, port community system dell’ADSP-MTS per un periodo di 36 mesi oltre un eventuale periodo di proroga tecnica per un massimo di 4 mesi. L’affidamento comprende i servizi, come dettagliati nell’articolo 8 del Capitolato Speciale d’appalto “Descrizione dei servizi oggetto dell’affidamento”.
