AFFIDAMENTO IN APPALTO DEL SERVIZIO DI RICOVERO E MANTENIMENTO DEI CANI DI PROPRIETÀ E/O NELLA DISPONIBILITÀ DEL COMUNE DI CISTERNINO NONCHÉ DEI CANI RANDAGI RECUPERATI NEL TERRITORIO COMUNALE Il presente capitolato d’appalto ha per oggetto l’affidamento del servizio di ricovero e mantenimento dei cani di proprietà e/o comunque nella disponibilità del Comune di Cisternino nonché dei cani randagi ritrovati o recuperati nel territorio comunale di Cisternino da parte dell’A.S.L. competente per territorio, previo esperimento da parte della stessa A.S.L. di tutti gli adempimenti di competenza previsti dalle norme in materia.Il Comune di Cisternino è proprietario del Canile Sanitario Comunale sito in Contrada Pico, già conforme alle normative vigenti, ma non dispone di un attiguo o idoneo canile rifugio pubblico di proprietà. Pertanto, al fine di adempiere agli obblighi di legge e garantire la continuità del servizio di custodia e mantenimento dei cani oltre il periodo di permanenza sanitaria obbligatoria, si rende necessario individuare un operatore economico esterno che metta a disposizione una propria struttura privata idonea da adibire a Canile Rifugio, facendosi altresì carico del trasferimento di tutti i cani comunali attualmente ospitati presso il gestore uscente.
