L’appalto da affidare concerne l’esecuzione dei servizi tecnico-logistici e di sicurezza antincendio presso le sedi espositive dell’Arsenale e del Padiglione Centrale ai Giardini di Venezia nel periodo compreso tra il 01 febbraio 2026 e il 31 gennaio 2030, ed in particolare i servizi di presidio, controllo e gestione degli impianti di rivelazione antincendio e di spegnimento idrico antincendio, la manutenzione ordinaria delle sedi espositive, le movimentazioni interne, la gestione dell’accesso ai padiglioni, l’apertura e la chiusura degli impianti tecnologici, nonché l’intervento manutentivo su chiamata
