L’oggetto dell’appalto consiste nel servizio di Direzione Lavori, Coordinamento della sicurezza in fase di esecuzione e redazione pratica antincendio in relazione all’intervento “Progetto di Restauro del Teatro Manzoni di Pistoia - CUP C59F24000110005 - CUP MINISTERIALE F59D24000240001 - CIG B9B50CD83F ” come più dettagliatamente specificato nel capitolato speciale (prestazionale). L'incarico professionale di cui all’oggetto del presente disciplinare prevedono le seguenti prestazioni minime: • Direttore Lavori responsabile dell’Ufficio di Direzione Lavori secondo le disposizioni di cui all’art.114 e all’allegato II.14 sezione I del D. Lgs n.36/2023 comprendente: Direzione lavori, assistenza al collaudo, prove di accettazione, liquidazione S.A.L., rendicontazione e liquidazione tecnico contabile, controllo aggiornamento elaborati progetto, aggiornamento dei manuali d'uso e manutenzione, direttori operativi, contabilità dei lavori a misura; • Coordinamento per la sicurezza in fase di esecuzione secondo quanto previsto ai sensi dell’art. 92 comma 1 del D.lgs. 9 aprile 2008, n. 81; • redazione e presentazione SCIA antincendio, come disciplinata dal D.P.R. 151/2011, comprendente la redazione di tutte le certificazioni e dichiarazioni necessarie all’ottenimento della stessa.
