Description

Procedura aperta telematica, ai sensi degli artt. 25 e 71 del D.lgs. n.36/2023, per l’affidamento della fornitura in service a valenza biennale con eventuale opzione di rinnovo per ulteriori 24 mesi, comprensiva del servizio di tracciabilità e trasporto delle provette di DNA fetale, di reagenti ed implementazione sistemi diagnostici per test DNA fetale (NIPT) e single nucleotide plymorphisms (SNPs) Array, in un lotto unico ed indivisibile, occorrenti al Laboratorio di Medicina Genomica della ASL di Bari. Al fine di partecipazione alla seduta telematica della procedura in parola dovrà essere trasmessa ai seguenti indirizzi di posta elettronica certificata ed aziendale : podivenere.aslbari@pec.rupar.puglia.it e giuseppe.volpe@asl.bari.it , entro le ore 12:00 del giorno 20.06.2025, dichiarazione relativa alla qualità di rappresentante legale, corredata da copia di documento di identità, in corso di validità o - in caso di partecipazione di incaricato - delega a partecipare, corredata da copia di documento di identità, in corso di validità, del delegante e del delegato ed, eventualmente, per poter mettere dichiarazioni a verbale, procura. Qualora venga presentata procura speciale dovranno essere indicati i poteri attribuiti al procuratore speciale. Affidamento tracciabilità test DNA fetale (NIPT)
