Procedura Aperta telematica “ponte” in ambito comunitario, , ai sensi degli artt. 25, 71 e 108 del D.Lgs. n. 36/2023 e s.m.i., valutata secondo il criterio dell’offerta economicamente più vantaggiosa, a lotto unico e indivisibile, espletata su piattaforma di E-Procurement Stella, avente ad oggetto la fornitura di protesi peniene tricomponenti, in silicone, occorrenti alla UOC Urologia del P.O. Santa Rosa di Viterbo, per la durata di 24 mesi, oltre eventuali opzioni, modifiche e proroga di ulteriori 12 mesi, per un importo complessivo pari ad € 386.000,00 Iva esclusa, con condizione risolutiva in caso di aggiudicazioni di gare aggregata/regionale e/o modifiche organizzativo-strategiche aziendali connesse ai LEA.
